Hibiscus sinensis ‘Bold Idea’ Bold Idea’ has striking 7” double flowers of a deep wine color with maroon centers and white highlights. The white accents are more pronounced in the hotter summer months. ‘Bold Idea’ is a vigorous grower and prolific bloomer. It performs well when grown as a standard or potted plant. Hardy Zone 10 and higher for outdoors. Full sun, grows to 2-4' in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°, intermittent bloomer.
