Guzmania 'Ultra'
Guzmania bromeliads have colorful flowers that last for months. ‘Ultra’ has a vibrant purplish-red flower bract that rises above the foliage creating a dramatic display. Bromeliads are epiphytes, or air plants, often growing on trees in their native habit. In the home environment, they are simple to care for. Provide bright indirect light and water into the central foliage cup.
Hardy to Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.
Partial sun, grows to 12"' in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°, intermittent bloomer.
