Detailed Description

Aloe humilis 'Hedgehog' p.p.
Aloe 'Hedgehog' is a new dwarf succulent that only grows 12-18" tall and is ideal for containers or rock gardens. The blue-green leaves form upright, stem less rosettes and the narrow foliage has white, non-rigid spines along the edges giving it the name 'Hedgehog.' Spikes of coral-red flowers appear in summer. This aloe is ideal for hot, dry, partially sunlit locations. A low maintenance, easy-care plant, it is drought tolerant and nearly insect-and-disease-free.

Hardy Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.

Full to partial sun, grows 12-18" in container, minimum temperature indoors 40°, blooms in summer.

Easy Grower!
